Important: Check your hot water bottle!

Old hot water bottles can break and cause severe burns, so it is recommended to check regularly for signs of wear and tear and not to use a hot water bottle that is more than two years old.

You will find this symbol on our hot water bottles and it shows exactly when it was manufactured.

The number in the middle is the year of manufacture, the boxes around the number represent the 12 months of the year and the little dots inside represent the number of weeks. So this hot water bottle was made in January 2021.

Our manufacturer's general recommendation is that you replace your hot water bottle every two to three years.
